Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the VisVelox website and the services we provide. By engaging us, you agree to be bound by them. If anything is unclear, please contact us before proceeding.

1. Who we are

VisVelox is a web design studio based in London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. We are reachable at hello@visvelox.com.

2. Services we provide

We design and develop websites, including hosting setup, domain configuration, search-engine basics, and ongoing care plans where agreed. Specific deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

3. Free draft

The free draft is provided without obligation. It remains the intellectual property of VisVelox until a project is commissioned and paid for. You may not use the draft commercially before that point.

4. Project commencement and payments

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, brand assets, content, and timely feedback during the engagement. Project timelines assume reasonable responsiveness from your side.

6. Intellectual property

On final payment, ownership of the delivered website transfers to you, excluding any third-party assets, libraries, or licensed components, which remain governed by their own licences.

7. Hosting and uptime

Where we host your site, we target a high availability standard. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, force-majeure events, or external attacks beyond reasonable preventative measures.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a project at any time. Deposits and work completed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. The free draft can be declined without cost.

9. Liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you to VisVelox for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the date of the most recent revision.
